Meet the Team

The Studex Team is made up of a fantastic group of employees, all of who have crucial roles which contribute to the success of our company, not forgetting our Piercing Partners too! Come along and meet some of our Head Office Team. 

Jess – Licensing & Customer Service Coordinator 

Jess is a Licensing Coordinator and a Key Account Executive; she is also known as the ‘Licensing Guru’. Jess supports key accounts with licensing which involves constant communication with different councils across the country. She also liaises with Trainers, deals with general queries, processes customer orders, and provides support with customer events. 

Jess has been at Studex for an amazing 13 years! She has a fun and bubbly character and can always be found in statement leopard print. Fun fact about Jess – she can play the violin!

Lorraine – Training & Customer Service Coordinator 

Lorraine is a Training Coordinator whose main tasks consist of liaising with Trainers, coordinating kits, processing customer orders, banking and sales enquiries alongside many other general admin tasks. Lorraine is highly organised and wears many different Studex hats. 

Lorraine has been working at Studex for 4 years now. She is very charismatic with a great sense of humour and is usually known as being the office prankster! Lorraine is also getting married later this year. Fun fact about Lorraine – she has over 25 piercings!

Amirah – Marketing Executive 

Amirah is our Marketing Executive whose main role is to produce editorial, write advertisements, manage our social channels, construct email and blog content, manage photoshoots, see through any campaign work, and fulfil all of the marketing requirements for trade shows and events. 

Amirah has been at Studex for 6 months now and is the newest member of the team. She is fun, friendly, and always eager to learn. Fun fact about Amirah – she’s a self-proclaimed Uno Queen!

Michelle – Office Manager 

Michelle is our Office Manager whose role includes managing and supporting office staff, ensuring a high standard of Customer Service, the day to day running of the office and managing staff personnel. Michelle also supports with trade shows and other industry events. She has a unique view of Studex as she understands the company from every aspect, with over 22 years at Studex. She has worked in many roles including that of Regional Trainer, in the warehouse and in the office. 

Michelle is fun, loyal, supportive, can be stubborn but is also known as our office ‘Monica’. Fun fact about Michelle – before her Studex days she used to be a Paintball Marshal!

Kathryn – Commercial Business Manager

Kathryn’s role is busy and varied which is just how she likes it!  Having worked for Studex for 20 years, Kathryn focuses on key account management and oversees the development of our training programme, liaising with key industry figures and local authorities.  No day is ever the same for Kathryn and she enjoys visiting other global affiliates and working closely with the Global Head Office in Los Angeles.  Kathryn is incredibly proud of how the business has developed and grown and remains as excited as ever for what the year ahead brings!

A little know fact about Kathryn – she can speak French and German and worked as both an Au Pair and a Holiday Rep overseas!

Alison – Marketing & Account Manager

Alison has worked at Studex for 6 years and her role incorporates account management, marketing and trade show event organisation. Having taken maternity leave and starting back with us in January 2023, she has lots of exciting things planned for the year ahead!

Fun fact about Alison – her hands and nails have been used as part of national nail competitions!
