Getting Summer Ready

As we rapidly approach the busy summer season, we would like to share a few tips as to how to get the best from your Studex Team and remind you what we have available to support you.

A few hints from our AMAZING Customer Service Team:

  • When you call to place an order, it is helpful to have your account reference so we can get straight to the product screen! This is normally either a 4 digit number on its own or a 4 digit number preceded by a letter and /.
  • If you can have the product codes to hand it will make the order processing a lot quicker and we are less likely to make an error. We have a lot of products so as much information as possible really helps – we know you are busy, so we look to make the process as simple as possible.
    • If you need a new copy of a Price List – just let us know!
  • We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but any orders received after 12pm cannot be guaranteed next day delivery so try and get your orders in to us in the morning. You can of course, order 24 hours a day on our website
  • Please make sure you update us if you change address, contact details or need a new delivery address. This makes sure we are shipping orders to the right place and that our courier can advise you of delivery times.
    • We use DPD who will update you via email or text as to your expected delivery time. You can then advise if you require a different delivery slot, or your order can be left somewhere safe.
  • We know you keep an eye on piercing stock levels but please don’t forget about consumables! You can’t offer a piercing service if you don’t have the alcohol wipes to clean the skin, gloves or your consultation forms for example!

Words of wisdom from our FANTASTIC Warehouse Team

  • During busy times, do try to get your orders in as early in the day as possible. Our courier arrives mid afternoon so for late orders there may be a 48 hour turnaround and we really don’t like to disappoint our valued customers!
  • All customers are important to us and we try to pick and process your orders ASAP. This is made a lot easier if you do not try to add to orders late in the day.
  • We work really hard to ensure we process orders accurately and have several checks in place. IF, however, you do encounter an error, please be aware that mistakes are not done on purpose and let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify it for you (please be assured this is very rare!).
