Making a Purchase
Before you will be able to make a purchase, you will need to register for an online account. Register for an account here (include link to registration page). Please note all accounts will be set up based on the Studex Piercing System you have trained in; proof of training may be required. Registration is not automatically activated. On receipt, a member of our Customer Service Team will manually approve registrations during office working hours.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order. For products you order regularly simply click the ‘heart’ icon, and these will be added to your ‘Favourites’ list to make ordering easier.
All accounts will be set up as payment at the time of ordering with either credit or debit card or PayPal. If you have account terms with us, the order value will be added to your account, payable within the terms of your credit account. Where applicable, an order will not be despatched until payment is received.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment for orders as well as PayPal. For orders placed outside the UK, please contact our office directly to process your request.
Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you; this will indicate that your order has been received for processing. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Postage rates are based on the value of the total order amount before VAT and are as follows:
Once a member of our Customer Service Team has received the order, we guarantee a 48 hour delivery service, 24 hour where possible, within the UK, servicing most postcodes.
Orders will be accepted for execution at process ruling at date of despatch and in packaging available at that time. Studex UK Ltd reserves to itself an absolute discretion as to the acceptance of orders and no responsibility is accepted for delay in delivery of any order.
On delivery of goods, cartons must be signed for. Any damages or shortages must be notified to Studex UK Ltd within 5 working days of delivery both to carrier and to Studex UK Ltd. If goods are not received in full as specified on the invoice by the 10th day from the date of invoice, a written notice must be sent to Studex UK Ltd otherwise responsibility for non-delivery cannot be accepted.
DPD are the chosen courier service and they will use the email address and / or mobile number provided to contact you regarding your delivery and timescales.
We do not offer back orders. If a product is out of stock, please email head office who will add your request to our waiting list to contact you when the product is available.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added to all orders. For any European orders, a valid Tax number is required to waive the 20%.
Trading terms and conditions apply in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and are subject to alteration without notice. Acceptance of these conditions shall be implied by the placing of any order. All communications shall be directed to the company’s registered office at;

Studex UK Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.
Studex UK Ltd advises that all goods be carefully inspected on receipt to ensure satisfactory condition.
1. Studex UK must be informed by telephone (01733 232350) or email (email@example.com ) of any faulty or damaged products or goods sent in error within 5 working days of receipt of this order. A Returns Code will be issued and a replacement, a credit note or a refund will be organised on return to Studex UK. For faulty, damaged or items sent in error that are being returned by the Customer, please include proof of postage from the Post Office in order for postage costs to be refunded.
2. Studex UK must be informed by telephone (01733 232350) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) of any unwanted goods within 5 working days of receipt of this order at which time a Returns Code will be given. A refund or credit note for the amount paid for the product will be issued on satisfactory receipt of the unopened, unused, re-saleable product.
3. Studex UK is unable to accept the return of products for any reason other than those stated, due to hygiene reasons. Colours of some products may vary due to the photographic quality on individual monitors.
4. Studex UK are not bound to refund, replace or credit items that are not visibly / obviously damaged, faulty, sent in error or deemed unwanted by the Customer. This is at the discretion of the Company.
Studex UK Ltd reserves the right to charge carriage on any order. Where credit terms are offered payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice.
No title to or property in the goods delivered shall pass to the purchaser until full payment, including any tax, has been made to Studex UK Ltd. Until payment for goods is made, the purchaser shall hold all goods delivered on a fiduciary basis only. The purchaser however has the rights to sell such goods but shall, to the extent that payment has not otherwise been made, hold the proceeds of sale thereof on behalf of Studex UK Ltd. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
